Role: Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: St Albans

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

Salary: £12.98 - £14.42 an hour, weekly pay

Temporary position, with the opportunity to go permanent

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established growing business based near St Albans.

Duties of an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor:

Dealing with customers via the telephone and over email
Processing customers orders using SAGE
Printing invoices
Updating the database
Liasing with customers / clients in Italian

What we would like from you:

Previous experience working within a customer service environment
Fluent / native in Italian
Excellent communication skills; verbal & written
Ability to use own initative
Knowledge of SAGE is desirable
